Scotcheroos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    1 c. light Karo
    6 c. Rice Krispies
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix sugar and Karo in large saucepan; bring to low boil. Remove from stove and add peanut butter; stir until blended.
    Add Rice Krispies; mix well.
    In double boiler, melt butterscotch chips and chocolate chips until creamy.
    Firmly pat Rice Krispies mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 -inch pan.
    Pour the melted chip mix on top.
    Let the icing firm up before cutting.
    Children love this dessert.
