Pink Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 garlic clove
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion diced
1 large can tomatoes diced
bay leaf
pinch of salt
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 basil chopped
Preparation

Saute garlic in olive oil and when brown discard clove.
Then saute onion in oil; add tomatoes, bay leaf, salt, bouillon cube, sugar and butter, let simmer for 30 minutes uncovered. Remove bay leaf; add cream and basil.\tSimmer an additional 10 to 15 minutes to blend flavors.
Serve over penne pasta or rigatoni.
If you prefer meat, fry a chicken breast in a little olive oil until browned; and then cover with sauce and serve. Delicious!
