Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. solid vegetable shortening
    12 oz. spicy sausage
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Put everything in a bowl.
    Pour in milk, all at once.
    Stir until mixture leaves sides of bowl.
    Knead 12 times on lightly floured surface.
    Form into balls.
    Place on baking sheet 1 1/2 inches apart.
    Bake 15 minutes or until browned.
    Bake at 425\u00b0.
