Red Beans And Rice(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 pod green jalapeno pepper, diced
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place water and rice in saucepan; bring to boil.
    Cover and reduce to low heat for about 20 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients; return to boil.
    Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
