Beef Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 large jar dried beef
1 medium onion, grated
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Chop dried beef very fine.
(Food processor works great). Save about 1/4 cup.
Mix all ingredients together; chill.
Roll into log or ball.
Roll in 1/4 cup chopped beef that was saved.
