Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 to 2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    oil
Preparation
    Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Place chicken in a bowl and cover with buttermilk. Refrigerate overnight. In a bowl, combine flour and seasonings. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour mixture; repeat. In a skillet, heat 1 to 2-inches of oil. Fry chicken until tender and golden brown.
