Ingredients

1 pkg reg sausage
1 tub refrigerated crescent rolls
3 eggs beaten
1/4 c milk
salt & pepper to taste
1 c frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
1 c sharp cheddar cheese shredded
Preparation

Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points towards the center. Press over bottom and top sides to form a crust and seal portion. Mix eggs and milk, salt, pepper and pour onto crust. Spoon cooked sausage over top. Sprinkle with potatoes and top with cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
