Broccoli Casserole(A La Pat Mechun, Presbyterian Pastor) - cooking recipe

20 oz. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
4 crushed chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. milk
2/3 c. water
6 Tbsp. butter
6 to 7 oz. herb stuffing mix
2/3 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Spread cooked broccoli in a 1 1/2-quart oblong pan.
Make white sauce of butter, flour, bouillon and milk.
Pour over broccoli. Heat water and butter until melted.
Pour over stuffing mix and toss to coat.
Add nuts and combine thoroughly.
Spread stuffing mix over broccoli and sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
