Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small new potatoes (about 10), not peeled
    3 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 to 1/3 tsp. salt
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a 1 1/2-quart dish.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat potatoes.
    Cover tightly with Saran Wrap.
    Cook at 100% for 10 to 15 minutes shaking dish once to distribute potatoes.
    Remove from oven.
    Uncover and serve hot.
