Luncheon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 large cream cheese
    1 c. whipping cream (small carton)
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
    Add cream cheese and whip with beater.
    Let cool.
    Whip the cream.
    Add Jell-O mixture to the whipped cream.
    Fold in the remaining ingredients. Put in mold and refrigerate.
    Serves 5 to 6.
