Shoo-Fly Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. dark molasses
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar, shortening and butter.
    Save 1 cup of crumbs.
    Stir boiling water with baking soda.
    Add molasses.
    Mix with dry ingredients.
    Place in greased and floured loaf pans (2). Top with 1 cup of crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
