Stir-Fried Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. cooked lo mein noodles
    1/2 c. lean meat (pork, beef or chicken), shredded
    1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 Tbsp. cooking wine or sherry
    1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 each 1/2-inch pieces green onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. bamboo shoots (fresh or canned)
    3 Tbsp. carrot
    3 Tbsp. presoftened mushrooms
    1/4 lb. spinach
    1/2 c. stock
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook the noodles as directed on package.
    One-third pound dried noodles equals one pound cooked noodles.
    Add cornstarch, cooking wine and 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce to the meat and marinate for 20 minutes.
    Tear the spinach into 2-inch pieces.
