Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion
    salt to taste
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    flour tortilla shells
    1 small pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion, salt to taste and drain grease.
    Add sour cream and soup.
    Layer in dish:
    tortilla shells, meat mixture, tortillas shells, meat mixture and tortilla shells, then add Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
