Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 can water
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Add onion, oregano and rice. Brown slightly.
    Add liquid and mushrooms and pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
