Date Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped dates
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. pecans
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder over dates and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Beat eggs and vanilla and mix well with dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
