Never Fail Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water (but not hot)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Before stirring, add 2 cups flour and all other ingredients.
    With mixer, blend low for 2 minutes.
    Blend in the other 2 cups flour by hand.
    Cover; let stand until doubled in bulk, 30 to 40 minutes.
    Stir batter down; place in greased muffin tins.
    Let rise again, double in size.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
