Ingredients

1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans
2 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose) *
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

*If self-rising flour is used, omit salt, soda and baking powder.
