Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. black walnuts
Preparation
    Mix the first 8 ingredients well.
    Add pineapple with juice and walnuts.
    Bake in tube pan sprayed with Baker's Joy.
    Bake 1 hour; let stand 15 minutes.
    Turn upside down on plate.
    Let cool and frost with Caramel Frosting.
