Cream Of Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 large (20 oz.) bag California Blend vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients in 6 cups water for 20 minutes.
    Stir to break vegetables into smaller pieces.
    Add cream of chicken soup and Velveeta cheese.
    Simmer and serve.
