Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain meal
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. corn oil
Preparation

Mix and bake in greased loaf pan (1 - 9 x 5 loaf or 2 small loaves).
Bake at 300 to 325 degrees until brown.
