Pasta Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    your favorite cooked pasta
    olive oil
    1 garlic clove
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3 c. chopped raw spinach
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil (1 tsp. dry)
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 black pepper
    1/2 salt
    grated Parmesan
    toasted nuts
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in oil.
    Add damp spinach, cover.
    When spinach wilts, but is still green, puree with other ingredients. Toss with your favorite pasta.
    Garnish with cheese and nuts.
