Pork Sausage Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cut off crusts and cube
    1 lb. pork sausage, cooked, cut and drained
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    4 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Place bread, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with eggs, milk, onion, soup,
    mushrooms and pepper.
    Place covered pan in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0; uncover and brown top.
