Mushroom Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2/3 c. chopped onions
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped fresh zucchini
    1 minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    5 eggs
    1/3 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. soft bread cubes, lightly packed
    8 oz. cream cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onions, green pepper, zucchini and garlic in oil until crisp-tender.
    Beat eggs
    with cream, salt and pepper; add mushroom mixture, bread cubes, cream cheese and Cheddar.
    Stir thoroughly, but lightly, so cream cheese cubes are intact.
    Pour into well-greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set in center and brown.
    Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serves 6.
