French Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding mix
    1 1/2 Tbsp. pure vanilla
    2 1/4 qt. milk, divided
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl at medium-high speed of an electric mixer for 1 minute.
    Add sugar and beat well.
    Add sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Stir in 1 quart of milk.
    Pour mixture into freezer can of a 5-quart hand crank or electric freezer.
    Add remaining milk.
    Freeze mixture. Let ripen at least 1 hour.
    Yields about 4 quarts.
