1 jar salsa
shredded cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar)

Preparation

In blender, whirl 1/4 cup granulated sugar at a time at highest speed for a full 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stopping your blender periodically to push the powdered sugar off the container walls. If you're using a food processor, whirl 1/2 to 1 cup of sugar at a time until powdered.
