Champagne Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
2 Tbsp. soft butter
2 sliced onions
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 c. beef consomme
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. flour
1 bottle champagne
Preparation

Mix together salt, black pepper and celery salt and rub inside and out of turkey.
Loosen skin from
breast
and\trub with soft butter.
Roast for 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Mix together onions, thyme, consomme, parsley and flour.
Pour over turkey. Reduce oven to 325\u00b0.
Roast for 1 hour.
Pour
champagne
over turkey.\tBaste every 30 minutes until done, about 2 1/2 hours.
