Cheesy Macaroni Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese
    4 1/2 oz. Mozzarella
    4 1/2 oz. elbow macaroni
    2 c. fresh or thawed frozen broccoli
    2 Tbsp. plain wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. bacon bits
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of red pepper
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Spray a 6 cup shallow baking dish with nonstick spray.
    Cut the Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella into 1/4-inch cubes.
