Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 small yellow squash
    1 c. diced fine onion
    1/2 c. cream
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. crushed saltine crackers
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Slice squash; boil in salted water until done.
    Drain and mash.
    Saute onion, cream and crackers in butter.
    Add to cooked squash and eggs; pour into greased casserole.
    Top with dots of butter and a few bread crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, or until firm.
    Serves 8 to 10.
