Scalloped Potatoes(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. finely minced onion
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
3 c. milk
4 c. thinly sliced, uncooked potato
1 c. tiny buttered bread cubes
Preparation

Cook onion in butter until transparent but not brown.
Add flour, seasoned salt and pepper and blend.
Add milk and cook and stir until smooth and thickened.
Combine potatoes and sauce in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
Top with buttered bread cubes and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
