Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. each: salt, cinnamon and baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 sq. unsweetened cocoa, melted
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. shredded almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs.
    Gradually add flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and cocoa.
    Mix well.
    Mixture will be real thick!
    Add zucchini.
    (If your zucchini is very wet, drain and press out excess liquid or your bread will be too wet.)
    Add almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for a regular bread pan or for 45 minutes for the mini loaves.
