Lemon Ice Box Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3/4 to 1 c sugar
    Juice of 2 lemons
    1 pie shell or graham cracker crust, baked and cooled
Preparation
    Beat milk and sugar together until mixture becomes thick. Add lemon juice and beat until thick.
    Pour into pie shell and chill.
    Yield:
    6-8 servings.
