Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Ranch Style beans
1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, cut up
1 large bag tortilla corn chips (taco flavor)
12 oz. black Monterey Jack cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Cook meat and onion.
Mix soup and tomatoes together.
In casserole dish, put beans on bottom.
Meat and onions next.
Corn chips (crush chip first).
Grate cheese on top, then pour on soup and tomato mix on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
