Cranberry Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 well beaten egg
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    Streusel Topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Stir in orange juice, shortening and egg.
    Mix until well blended.
    Fold in cranberries and nuts. Turn into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with topping.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve warm.
