Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thick boneless pork chops
    2 slices white bread
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 Tbsp. chopped chervil
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. paprika pepper
Preparation
    Slit each chop horizontally so that a small pocket is formed. Dice the bread and mix with the cream, salt, pepper and herbs. Mix thoroughly and use to fill the pocket in each chop.
    Secure with wooden toothpicks.
    Brush the chops with oil and sprinkle with paprika, then broil or barbecue for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
    Remove the toothpicks and serve the chops on a bed of braised cabbage or sauerkraut.
    Serves 4.
