Tomato Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. ground veal
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 can tomato soup
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook onion in butter until soft; combine with meat.
    Add salt, pepper, parsley 1/2 can tomato soup, eggs and bread crumbs.
    Shape meat into a loaf about 9 x 5 x 2-inches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Combine remaining soup with the water; pour over meat loaf during last 15 minutes of cooking. Serves 8.
