Creamy Broccoli Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1/4 oz.)
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. instant, minced onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. pimento, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in 3/4 cup cold water.
    In medium saucepan, bring 1/2 cup water to boil.
    Add broccoli, bouillon cubes and onion.
    Cover and bring to a full boil over high heat.
    Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes or until tender.
    Add gelatin, stir until well dissolved.
    Remove and let cool.
