Orange Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. raisins
2 c. flour
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix at low speed.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
