Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    3/4 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, margarine, onion, cottage cheese, salt, broccoli and corn muffin mix.
    Pour into large greased baking pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
