Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Blend in shortening and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Roll out on a waxed paper coated with flour.
    Cut and place in a greased pan.
    Bake about 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
