Grace Griffin'S Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 block butter
1 c. flour (plain)
4 eggs
Preparation

Add water and butter and bring to a boil. Add plain flour and add pinch of salt.
Beat until forms a ball.
(Have fire on low.) Take off and add the eggs, one at a time.
Beat after each.
Drop by spoonfuls (teaspoon) on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 250\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Do not open door until this time.
Cool.
Slit and add filling.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
