Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 large can shrimp, cleaned
    steamed rice
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 cans tomato soup
Preparation
    Melt butter in frypan or Dutch oven.
    Add onion, green pepper and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Add tomato soup.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Serve over rice.
