Italian Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
    oregano
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can crushed, peeled tomatoes
    2 to 3 onions, chopped
    basil
    crushed red pepper
    3 cans green peas
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in oil until translucent.
    Add celery and saute.
    Add pea juice, tomatoes and spices; simmer 10 minutes. Add peas.
    Serve with cooked pasta shells.
