Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    1/2 c. drained pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    oil (to fry chops)
    flour
Preparation
    Roll chops in flour.
    Fry until brown; drain.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cook, uncovered, for 45 minutes, or until tender.
    Baste often.
