Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts and/or raisins
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans or one large Bundt pan.
    Sift flour and combine all ingredients.
    Mix well by hand.
    Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
