Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 can salmon, cleaned and diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. flour (enough to form patties)
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter.
    Mix with other ingredients. Form patties.
    Let stand a few hours in fridge.
    Dip in egg, bread and fry.
