Cold Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. orange Jell-O (dry)
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
4 or 5 c. diced peaches (raw)
Cool Whip
Preparation
-
Mix together cornstarch, salt, sugar and water.
Cook until thick; remove from heat and add dry Jell-O.
Cool.
Fold in diced peaches.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with Cool Whip before serving.
