Linda'S Country Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) French dressing
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients together to make 2 loaf size pans or 4 mini loaves.
    After mixing ingredients, add to mixture 4 ounces dressing and 1/2 of can of tomato paste.
    Arrange loaves in pan. Mix remaining dressing and tomato paste.
    Pour over top of loaves. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
