Mexican Cornbread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal mix
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped (optional)
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Spray an 8 or 9-inch skillet with cooking spray and heat in oven.
    Add ingredients to cornmeal in order listed.
    Add jalapeno peppers to taste.
    Stir ingredients until well mixed.
    Pour into hot skillet and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
