Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. chopped pecans, divided
    crackers (any kind)
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and add 1 cup pecans. Mix well. Refrigerate until firm and shape into ball. Roll in remaining nuts before serving. Garnish as desired. Serve with assortment of crackers. Yield: 3 cups.
