Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 small onion, diced
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole, uncovered.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
